As our National Account Manager , you’ll be the one getting this brand onto the shelves of Coles and Woolworths. You get the blank canvas to build the category and drive national growth, knowing you have the resources of a corporate giant behind you. This is a full-time, in-office role in Brisbane, QLD, where you will collaborate every day with a passionate, mission-driven team. On offer is a: Base Salary: $115K – $125K (depending on experience) Allowance: $20K Car Allowance Bonus: 10% Bonus Structure Plus Super What You’ll Be Doing (Your Territory to Own): Drive national sales growth across Supermarkets (Coles & Woolworths), Pet Specialty, Ecommerce, and Wholesale channels. Lead customer engagement to uncover new commercial opportunities and expand distribution. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders . Deliver on revenue, volume, and profitability targets through smart planning and strong execution. Act as the “voice of the customer” internally, collaborating closely with production, supply chain, product development, and marketing. Manage promotions, pricing, and product ranging to ensure sustainable commercial outcomes. Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) initiatives—bringing fresh ideas to the table. Lead business and category reviews with key customers. Represent the brand at trade and consumer events, showcasing what sets us apart. Stay alert to competitor movements and market trends—providing intel that shapes strategy. What You’ll Bring to the Pack: This role is not a starting point; it's a launchpad. The essential foundation is non-negotiable: Proven National Account Management experience with Coles and/or Woolworths. Strong commercial acumen—budgeting, forecasting, and managing promotional spend are second nature to you. Deep understanding of Australian supermarket retailers and how they operate. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. A track record of smashing sales budgets and commercial targets. Proven ability to win new business and grow existing accounts. Experience in the Pet Industry or fresh protein/produce. You’ll be shaping the future of an emerging pet brand with a big vision and an even bigger heart.
